California Walnut Pizzicotti

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams of California Walnut kernels
  • 1 tea glass of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white

For coating

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

PREPARATION

  1. Add finely ground California walnuts to a bowl. Add the egg whites, and if the mixture is too dry, you can add one more egg white.
  2. Then, add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7 minutes.
  5. Once done, place them on a serving plate and serve. Enjoy!
