California Walnut Pizzicotti

INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams of California Walnut kernels
- 1 tea glass of powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
For coating
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
PREPARATION
- Add finely ground California walnuts to a bowl. Add the egg whites, and if the mixture is too dry, you can add one more egg white.
- Then, add the sugar and mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7 minutes.
- Once done, place them on a serving plate and serve. Enjoy!
