California Walnut Paradise Pit

INGREDIENTS
- 1 boiled Chicken Breast
- Half a bunch of Dill
- Half a bunch of Parsley
- 1 Red Beetroot
- 6-7 Pickled Cucumbers
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 7-8 crushed California Walnuts
- 4-5 Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup of Pomegranate Seeds
- 5 tablespoons of Strained Yogurt
- Salt
- Black Pepper
For the topping
- 3 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 teaspoon of red Pepper Flakes
PREPARATION
- Grate the red beetroot and place it in a bowl. Add the strained yogurt, pickled cucumbers, chicken breast, dill, parsley, garlic, coriander, pomegranate seeds, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and create a small well in the center.
- Then, sauté the crushed red pepper in butter and pour it into the well on the plate.
- Finally, garnish with some parsley, pomegranate seeds, and ground California walnuts.
- Serve and enjoy!
