California Walnut Paradise Pit

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 boiled Chicken Breast
  • Half a bunch of Dill
  • Half a bunch of Parsley
  • 1 Red Beetroot
  • 6-7 Pickled Cucumbers
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 7-8 crushed California Walnuts
  • 4-5 Coriander Leaves
  • 1 cup of Pomegranate Seeds
  • 5 tablespoons of Strained Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

For the topping

  • 3 tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 teaspoon of red Pepper Flakes

PREPARATION

  1. Grate the red beetroot and place it in a bowl. Add the strained yogurt, pickled cucumbers, chicken breast, dill, parsley, garlic, coriander, pomegranate seeds, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and create a small well in the center.
  3. Then, sauté the crushed red pepper in butter and pour it into the well on the plate.
  4. Finally, garnish with some parsley, pomegranate seeds, and ground California walnuts.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
