California Walnut & Quince Teretür

INGREDIENTS

  • Half a head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 quinces
  • 1 bowl of strained yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt

For the sauce

  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 10-15 California walnuts

PREPARATION

  1. Grate two quinces and place them in a bowl. Add a little salt and lemon juice.
  2. Then, add the strained yogurt and one clove of garlic.
  3. Finally, add the olive oil and California walnuts, and mix everything well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and sprinkle with ground California walnuts on top.
  5. Enjoy!
