California Walnut & Quince Teretür

INGREDIENTS
- Half a head of iceberg lettuce
- 2 quinces
- 1 bowl of strained yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
For the sauce
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 10-15 California walnuts
PREPARATION
- Grate two quinces and place them in a bowl. Add a little salt and lemon juice.
- Then, add the strained yogurt and one clove of garlic.
- Finally, add the olive oil and California walnuts, and mix everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving plate and sprinkle with ground California walnuts on top.
